A) Terms of Use of Ross Tucknott Internet Publishing PDFs
1) The text contained within all PDF files released by and originating from this site is the intellectual property of the author, Ross Tucknott, unless otherwise stated within the document. The right to alter, amend or claim ownership to these documents is reserved by the author.
2) By opening the file, the user is agreeing to NOT copy, plagiarise or claim ownership to any or all of the work therein.
3) The user of the file may distribute the file as he ot she sees fit, providing it remains unaltered, and that the file is accompanied by a link immediately beside it to www.tucknott.net/publishing wherever present on a website.
B) Conditions for Submission of Material to the RTIP website
1) Material submitted to this website, either as part of a competition or voluntarily, and either in text or graphical form, is accepted upon the provision that the material is the original creation of the person submitting, and that that person retains responsibility for that submission being patent- and copyright-free even after acceptance of the material into the site.
2) So that responsibility is ensured, submitted material that is to be used on the site, or any other activity associated with RTIP, will only be used upon receiving a valid real-world name and address from the sendee. This will be requested via email once material is selected, and only for the first time a sender's material is used. Subsequent material from the same sender will only require confirmation that the individuals details are the same. Material not validated with the submitter's details will be regretfully discarded.
3) Credit for accepted input in any projects or work released will always be given. Whenever work from the RTIP website gains commercial interest, the creators of any submissions used directly in the work - with the exception of errata and proof-reading - may be allocated a proportion of any resulting profit set by, and at the discretion of, the RTIP management
